| The LaserJet 4P is a basic, home
office / school Laser printer. Compared to the 4L, it has a
higher DPI resolution, memory can be expanded to 26MB and it has a
display/control panel. It is exceptionally reliable and produces a
very clean printout but it is a little slow compared to today's
cheap printers. It would be best suited for light duty
printing, 1-100 pages a day.
The 4ML Printer has additional memory, Adobe
PostScript and a LocalTalk port making it Mac compatible.
Newer Mac systems will require a LocalTalk to USB adapter.
